Returns

By evalunda accepts returns but no later that 14 days from the date of receipt.

The product should be returned new and unused.

We will not accept returns that are damaged or soiled, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

Shipping cost will not be refunded. It will take up to 10 business days for the refund.

To refund, please email us at lundgreen@byevalunda.com (before shipping the item) letting us know the product you would like to return and the reason for the return. Please wait for us to get back to you with further instructions.
